Walker Lewis, Ira Lichterman, Commissioners of Memphis Light, Gas & Water Division, Mrs. Matil Wurzburg, nor Mrs. Miriam Wurzburg, who were originally sued as defendants, along with Edward LeMaster Co., Inc., Troy Ritter, d/b/a Rit-ter Electrical Co., and J.
