Plaintiff appeals the determination of the trial court in a declaratory judgment action that the plaintiff was not entitled to any portion of settlement proceeds derived from the personal injury action of the plaintiffs deceased grandmother by operation of TenmCode Ann. § 20-5-111 and because of the existence of a will that excluded the plaintiffs mother from the decedent’s estate. Finding error, we vacate the judgment of the trial court and remand for further…
