¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished single-judge decision of the court of appeals which affirmed an order of the Circuit Court for Sheboygan County, James J. Bolgert, Judge. The issue presented in this appeal is: What standards must the circuit court apply in determining the appropriate disposition of a petition for termination of parental rights, after the court or a jury has found that statutory grounds for termination exist?
