¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals1 affirming the circuit court's order2 terminating Nicole Ws (Nicole) parental rights to her daughter, Brianca M.W. (Brianca). The focus of Nicole's appeal is that the circuit court erred in granting partial summary judgment under Wis. Stat. § 48.415(10) because her parental rights to her other child, Rockey, were terminated in a default judgment.
