¶ 1. This is a review of a court of appeals decision, Evelyn R. v. Tykila S., No. 00-1739, unpublished slip op. (Wis. Ct. App. Sept. 21, 2000), which affirmed an order by the Dane County Circuit Court, Judge Maryann Sumi, terminating Tykila S.'s (Tykila) parental rights to her biological *7son, Jayton S. (Jayton).
