This is a suit for wrongful death, * caused according to allegation by an actionable trespass consisting of the break-through flooding of certain private property and the complete destruction of a summer residence where, as plaintiff alleges, he and his decedent were visiting at the time of tragedy. It is alleged that, as a direct consequence of such trespass, the decedent died by drowning.
