This case arises from a qui tam action brought by Relators David L. Wilson and James Warren under the False Claims Act against Kellogg Brown & Root, Inc., Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Inc., KBR, Inc., and Services Employees International, Inc. (collectively “KBR”).
