ORDER GRANTING IN PART DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS
SINGAL, District Judge.
Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Complaint (Docket #5). Defendants state that they make the Motion pursuant to Rule 12.
