This ease is before the Court on the Motion of all Defendants for Summary Judgment on all counts of Plaintiffs’ Complaint. Plaintiffs have asserted a twelve-count Complaint, which includes constitutional claims, federal statutory claims, state common law claims, a claim under the Rhode Island General Laws, and a claim under city charter provisions.
