These parties appear here in the same order as in the trial court and for convenience we hereinafter refer to them as plaintiffs and defendants, or by name.

This was an action in replevin. The property in question was an automobile. Plaintiffs claimed under a chattel mortgage and defendant corporation under another. Title was in defendant Bowers. Verdict was for defendants, fixing the value of the car at $1,200, and the amount of damages on a counterclaim, at $500. Judgment was entered accordingly. To review that judgment plaintiffs prosecute this writ and ask that it be made a supersedeas.
