The defendant in error, as plaintiff, brought suit against the plaintiff in error, as defendant, upon two causes of action. The first was to recover three times the value of personal property levied upon by defendant, as sheriff, under an execution issued out of the county court, upon the ground that such property was exempt from execution. The second was to recover damages for having been unlawfully evicted from her house and home by the defendant.
