There are two appeals in this .case, one by the plaintiff and one by defendants Kowalska and Johnson. Plaintiff was severely injured while at a filling station operated by the defendants Kowalska and Johnson, who leased their station from the defendant Socony Vacuum Oil Company, whose products they sold. The defendant John P. Jungbauer owned the car which injured plaintiff. He had sent his son Howard to the Kowalska-Johnson station to have it serviced.
