This case presents the question of the validity of an “owned-but-unscheduled-vehicle” exclusion contained in the unin-suréd/underinsured-motorist section of an automobile insurance policy. Patricia Anne Conlin, appellant, brought suit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) pursuant to the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act, Tex.Civ.
