— Hall’s Furniture Store, Inc., has appealed from two orders of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. One appeal at Commonwealth docket, 1950, no. 262, is taken from an order of the board finding it guilty of unfair labor practices and directing it to desist. The other at Commonwealth docket, 1950, no. 261, is from an order refusing an election. A third petition has been considered by the board concurrently with the two appeals just mentioned.
