PUTNAM, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal by the complainant from a decree dismissing its bill. The case relates to three contracts executed by one of the defendants, Fenwick, agreeing to assign to the parties named in them improvements in inventions afterwards made by him in a certain narrow art. The jurisdiction of the Circuit Court depends on diversity of citizenship. The two earlier contracts were inartificially drawn.
