Appeal from the trial court’s denial of a jury trial in an action to quiet title to certain unpatented mining claims.
In his complaint appellant alleged that he “is now the owner of and at all times since February 20, 19SS, has been the owner of and entitled to the possession of, against all the world, excepting the Government of the United States of America,” of said property.
