Respondents by their complaints sought to recover for the alleged wrongful death of their respective husbands and fathers proximately caused by the negligence of appellant. Appellant in its answer to the complaints denied its negligence and charged that the deaths were caused by the contributory negligence of the decedents. The matters were tried before a jury which rendered verdicts for the respondents. Appellant’s motion for a new trial was denied and it then perfected this appeal from the judgments entered upon the verdicts of the jury.' By stipulation the appeals in both cases were…
