— Defendant Pacific Gas and Electric Company appeals from a judgment rendered against it in plaintiffs ’ action for damages for the destruction of their property by fire, assertedly caused by negligence of defendant. As grounds requiring reversal defendant urges insufficiency of the evidence to support a finding of negligence on its part, as well as various allegedly prejudicial errors on the part of the trial court in the admission and exclusion of evidence and in instructing the jury.
