Plaintiff-appellant, Mary Orecny (now the Estate of Mary Orecny, deceased), appeals from the trial court’s granting of the employer Ford Motor Company’s Civ.R. 60(B) motion for relief from judgment. The court vacated a settlement for workers’ compensation death benefits arising from her husband’s death on the grounds that the claim abated upon her death. We find merit to the appeal and reverse for the reasons hereinafter stated.
