To make out a prima facie ease on the trial of the issues of fact framed by the pleadings in this action, it was necessary for the plaintiff at the outset merely to produce substantial evidence to prove the allegations of his complaint. The evidence so pro duced, which is made a part of the record before us, demonstrates that he satisfied this necessity.
