This appeal is before us on remand from the Supreme Court. In Wasko v. Manella, 269 Conn. 527, 550, 849 A.2d 777 (2004), the Supreme Court reversed the decision of this court in Wasko v. Manella, 74 Conn. App. 32, 811 A.2d 727 (2002), with direction to consider the defendant’s remaining claims on appeal. These claims are that the trial court (1) improperly precluded the plaintiff subrogor Brian Wasko from testifying as to his understanding of the scope of coverage of his homeowner’s insurance policy and (2) improperly determined that the substitute plaintiff subrogee,…
