This appeal concerns whether the substitute plaintiff, Palmieri Cove Associates, LLC, 1 has the right to use a beach on New Haven harbor. The disputed beach formed along the western edge of the jetty starting on the plaintiffs property and along the northern boundary of the property owned by the defendant, Frank Cirino. 2 The trial court determined that the plaintiff has no right to use the beach.
