{¶ 1} Respondent, Edward Jerry Nagorny of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0043882, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1990. On December 8, 2003, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, charged respondent with having violated the Code of Professional Responsibility.
