DODSON, Justice.

The trial court rendered a declaratory judgment determining that certain property owned by the South Plains Hospital-Clinic, Inc. is exempt from ad valorem taxes pursuant to Tex.Tax Code Ann. § 11.18 (Vernon 1982) * and Tex. Const, art. VIII, § 2. After a bench trial, the court made findings of fact and conclusions of law. Appealing from the judgment, the Lamb County Appraisal District challenges three findings of fact and one conclusion of law and claims the trial court erroneously ad mitted one exhibit into evidence.
