Appeal from District Court, Bexar County. Action by the Alamo National Bank against the City of San Antonio. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appeals.

1Opinion of the Court

On March 19, 1908, the Alamo National Bank recovered judgment against the city of San Antonio for $8,644.11 on warrants owned by the bank and issued by the city for salaries and wages, and enjoining the city from diverting the general fund of the city for the fiscal year 1903-04, against which said warrants were drawn, so far as that fund was at that time or might thereafter become applicable to the payment of said warrants.
