CHADICK, Chief Justice.
A District Court of Dallas County, Texas, rendered the following judgment in case No. 79-663-D on September 14, 1972, viz:
“IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the lien of judgment of the Plaintiffs, Leonard E. Hoffman, Jr., and W. R.
