The opinion of May 10, 2013, is withdrawn, and the following is substituted therefor.

Curtis Austin (“the father”) and Cornelia Austin (“the mother”) were divorced in July 2004. The judgment of divorce incorporated an agreement of the parties, and, among other things, the agreement awarded the parties joint legal custody of the parties’ children, awarded the mother primary physical custody of the children, ordered the father to pay child support in the amount of $400 per month, and ordered the father to be responsible for half of the noncovered…
