Plaintiffs brought this action to quiet title to all of lot 5, block 62, Sylvester’s Plat of the city of Olympia, and to enjoin defendant from making any claim thereto' or any use thereof. Defendant, the owner of the east hah of lot 6, which lies immediately west of lot 5, cross-complained seeking to have title quieted in her to a portion of lot 5 covered by a concrete ramp or walkway, designated as the upper ramp.
