Mary Millie Pierre Brave Bull is an Indian woman, sixty years of age, and with an estate consisting of $8,194.98 cash obtained from the United States. During all of .the time involved in this case she was a resident of Sioux county and in 1923 the county court of Sioux county, having duly adjudicated her an incompetent person, appointed the defendant guardian of her estate. The defendant qualified as such guardian and entered upon his duties. During 1923-24, one Chas. S. Pulling was the judge of the county court of Sioux county who made these orders, and the owner of the real property…
