Mowbray, J.:

Appellant brought an action against the respondents to recover $213,561.88 for labor and materials furnished respondents and for the rental of certain equipment in the construction of the Saraha Tahoe Hotel and Casino at State-line. Respondents by way of counterclaim asserted breach of contract by appellant, causing damages to respondents in the sum of $119,517.

The case was tried before the court sitting without a jury on October 10, 11, 12 and 13 and on December 1, 2 and 5, 1966.
