This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the district court of Poster county, charging the appellant with the amount of money he had received as guardian of a minor, the respondent, and disallowing his final report. The matter was heard in district court on appeal from the county court. The facts essential to an understanding of the issues presented here for decision may be stated as follows:
