Plaintiff, AM International, Inc. (“AMI”), filed this patent infringement action on July 30, 1980, alleging that the Ektaprint Copier-Duplicator machines manufactured, used and sold by defendant, Eastman Kodak Co. (“Kodak”), infringed four U.S. patents owned by AMI.
