The appellee, Motorists’ Alliance ,of America, Incorporated, filed its petition in the Franklin circuit court alleging that it was a corporation organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the state of Ohio with power to contract and to be contracted with, to sue and be sued and generally to furnish accident and other services to automobile owners; that it had a place of business in Frankfort, Ky., and an authorized agent thereat upon whom process may be served and that it had filed in the office of the secretary of state of Kentucky a statement…
