Plaintiffs were engaged in the business of selling gasoline and fuel oil to dealers and con sumers in Washtenaw county and adjacent territory. They maintained their office and principal place of business in Ypsilanti and bulk storage plants in Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, and Dexter. They received their principal supply of such petroleum products from the Gulf Refining Company in Toledo by transport trucks, the drivers of which were union members.
