The answering defendants move for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to section 91 of the New York City Municipal Court Code and rule 112 of the Buies of Civil Practice, or in the alternative for leave to amend their answer by adding a separate and complete defense alleging that this court does not have jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action.
