—Action to quiet title. The case was tried before the court, findings filed, and judgment entered for defendants. Plaintiff made a motion for a new trial, and this appeal is from the order denying the motion.
The complaint alleges that the plaintiff is the owner, and seised in fee, and entitled to the possession, of lots numbered 1 and 2, the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter and the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 23, township 10 north, range 7 west, Mount Diablo meridian, in Lake County; that defendants are in possession thereof, and claim some…
