This is a proceeding by the National Labor Relations Board 1 pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act as amended, 49 Stat. 449, 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq., for the enforcement of its order against the Continental ^ Oil Company. 2 No question is raised as to the court’s jurisdiction.
