Duncan, Judge:

We granted review in this case to determine whether the evidence is legally sufficient to support the appellant’s conviction for the sale of LSD (specification 2 of the Charge). We affirm.

The evidence for the Government mainly consisted of the testimony of Corporal Hayes, Agent Webb, and a pretrial statement of the appellant. Hayes was working as an undercover agent ferreting out information concerning illegal drug traffic at Camp Lejeune.
