Plaintiffs appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Harold Baer, Jr., District Judge) granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment, denying plaintiffs’ cross-motion for partial summary judgment and dismissing plaintiffs’ complaint in its entirety.
