The question raised by this appeal involves the right of a municipal corporation to condemn land, to which plaintiff held equitable title, for what was declared to be a public use.
March 14, 1941, the city commissioners of the city of Tulsa adopted a resolution declaring a public necessity for acquiring certain land for the purpose of an additional airport and flying field. A portion of the land sought to be acquired was the tract in question.
