Plaintiff appeals from a declaratory judgment which held the higher of two possible coverage limits in a comprehensive automobile liability insurance policy applicable.

Facts: The insured, Pascal Dilday, Inc., an automobile sales and service corporation, sold a used car to Anthony Strong by conditional sales contract. On the day following transfer of the automobile to him, Strong, while driving the automobile on a public highway, collided with another vehicle, killing himself and injuring the occupants of the other car.
