COOK, Judge:
A special court-martial consisting of a military judge alone convicted appellant of *211missing the movement of his military unit through neglect, disrespect toward a superi- or commissioned officer, willful disobedience of a command from a superior commissioned officer, and feigning an injury to avoid physical fitness training, in violation of Articles 87, 89, 90, and 115, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 887, 889, 890, and 915, respectively.
