As his case reaches us, the appellant stands convicted of a single specification (specification 2, Charge II) alleging the wrongful appropriation of a Government truck, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921. We granted review on the question of whether the evidence is legally sufficient to support the findings of guilty of specification 2, Charge II., The facts are not in dispute.
