WATT, Justice.

On June 2,1994, the Oklahoma Bar Association (“OBA”) filed a complaint alleging that Respondent, John Q. Adams, violated Rules 1.3 and 1.4 of the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct (“ORPC”), 5 O.S.1991, Ch. 1, App. 3-A, during the course of his representation of William and Debbie Broeker. The Bar alleged Adams violated Rule 5.2 of Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (“RGDP”), 5 O.S.1991, Ch. 1, App. 1-A, by failing to respond to the grievance sent by the Bar.
