Plaintiff Sherry Toomey is a resident of Minnesota. Defendant Keith Dahl is a resident of Alaska. Plaintiff and Defendant were allegedly romantically and professionally involved from 2003 until 2014. Plaintiff filed a lawsuit in state court alleging misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, promissory estop-pel, unjust enrichment, and conversion.
