In this action, the plaintiffs allege that the defendants misrepresented or failed to state material facts in connection with the sale of certain computer tax shelters. The question currently before the Court is whether the plaintiffs’ operation of offshore companies not directly related to the computer tax shelters is within the scope of discovery.
