JURISDICTION
This matter was referred to the undersigned for all non-dispositive pretrial matters *226by order of Hon. William M. Skretny dated May 27, 1998. It is presently before the court on Defendant’s motion, filed August 10, 1998, to quash a third-party subpoena issued by Plaintiffs pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 45.
BACKGROUND AND FACTS
