Plaintiff, Palm Springs Paint Company, brought this action against defendant Richard Arenas, a member of the Agua Caliente tribe of Mission Indians, and the Security First National Bank, guardian of his estate, for declaratory relief and breach of an agreement, hereafter referred to as the “side agreement,” executed by Arenas contemporaneously with the execution of a five-year lease of restricted Indian land in Palm Springs. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendants.
