Andre Bourgeois, plaintiff, on behalf of himself and a proposed class of others similarly situated, filed suit against Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (“Live Nation”); its licensee, Monumental Ticketing Limited Partnership (“Monumental”) (collectively with Live Nation, “Ticketmaster”); and Lyric Productions, LLC, d/b/a Lyric Opera House (the “Lyric”), defendants.1 The Lyric operates the Arthur and Patricia Modell Performing Arts Center.
