By this diversity action, plaintiff seeks damages for breach of an employment contract. On June 2,1998, the court, by written memorandum and order, denied in its entirety defendant’s motion to dismiss the action for lack of personal jurisdiction, lack of venue, and failure to state a claim, or alternatively for transfer of venue.
